Who is Chameleon?

Dmitri Smerdyakov is Kraven the Hunter's half-brother and a master of disguise, and he was the very first villain Spider-Man fought, in Amazing Spider-Man #1 (1963), as a spy stealing defense secrets. He began with masks and makeup and later used serums and holographic tech to change his face and voice in seconds. He has impersonated Peter's friends, Captain America and Peter himself. He's a spy and manipulator rather than a fighter.
